SpireEdu Services ("SpireEdu," "we," "us," "our") is a GST-registered service business providing AI automation, data collection, content creation, design, academic support, and marketing services, operating primarily online and serving clients and students across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
By accessing spireedu.com or using any SpireEdu service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
SpireEdu provides services on a project or engagement basis, including but not limited to: AI automation and data collection, content creation (audio, video, text, and other formats), design work (Canva, PowerPoint, Excel), homework and academic help, and organic/social media marketing. Specific scope, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately before work begins.
Our academic support services are intended to help students understand concepts and complete assignments responsibly. Students remain responsible for complying with their own school's, college's, or university's academic integrity policies. SpireEdu does not guarantee that use of our services will comply with any specific institution's rules, and we encourage students to check their institution's policy on outside academic assistance.
Individuals who apply and are engaged through our freelancer application process work with SpireEdu as independent contractors, not employees, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Selected freelancers will be asked to sign a separate contractor agreement and, where applicable, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting work.
Pricing for client projects is agreed on a per-project or per-engagement basis before work begins. Payment terms for freelancers are set out in their individual contractor agreement. See our Refund & Payment Policy for more detail.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. SpireEdu retains the right to showcase anonymized or generalized examples of past work for portfolio purposes unless a client specifically requests confidentiality.
SpireEdu provides services on a reasonable-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpireEdu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over our registered place of business.
